Fixed packaging problem

It was a mistake to move what was added in 0.9ubuntu2 to 0.9ubuntu1 because a
package was already generated and a newer package won't be built just because
its version isn't newer than the one of that package. Consequently, moving
0.9ubuntu1 to 0.9ubuntu2 as a whole.
