update links to Balsa's home and releases website

See #100 for more details – use Gnome Gitlab instead of Paweł Salek's
(@pawsa) website. Note that some files still contain links to the
latter, as screenshots etc. still have to be updated and added to the
Wiki in Gitlab.

You can't create new branches for Balsa.
