Bug Description
Example failure: OOPS-66c92d530f95f9518155a48694403d25
On IRC, Colin confirmed this was a referential integrity bug and requested this bug report.
"Just an ordering issue I think - Snap.destroySelf deletes builds before build requests, but OCIRecipe.
