Teams expiration warning emails could start earlier

Bug Description

Launchpad starts emailing daily about incoming-teams-expiration a week before the subscription is ending. We regularly get cases of people asking admins to be added back because they were on holidays for a week and missed the reminders. Perhaps it would make sense to start emailing a bit earlier, for example once a week starting a month before the expiration?

Thanks for your report.

You are absolutely right, we should start sending emails already starting a month before the expiration.
