Bug Description
When trying to access https:/
This is a bit problematic as we're using the LP API to automatically trigger builds for core snaps whenever the archive contents change, and this is now broken when trying to consider core20.

- Making the API request logged in (`lp-shell production`) seems to work. But the same request from an anonymous shell (`lp-shell -a production`) raises.
