Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:

1) click "create snap package" on a project (eg. https://launchpad.net/snap-aws-iam-authenticator/+new-snap)

Now you see:

> A snap package is a self-contained application that can be installed on snappy Ubuntu Core. Launchpad can build snap packages using snapcraft, from any Git or Bazaar branch on Launchpad that has a snap/snapcraft.yaml, build-aux/snap/snapcraft.yaml, snapcraft.yaml, or .snapcraft.yaml file at its top level.

where "snappy Ubuntu Core" is a link and points to https://ubuntu.com/developer/en/snappy which doesn't exist.
