Error on dotted revisions

Bug Description

When using loggerhead from trunk, I get an error when trying to see a dotted revision : "NameError: global name 'revid' is not defined"

No problem with not dotted revisions.
Expanding in changes view has problem too.

I merged this change to bzr-history-db and loggerhead just now. Normally I'd propose it, etc, but it is trivially correct. So I just landed it.
