* Removed Java build. I don't use it and it drags in about a half a gig of
dependencies which slows the development cycle down.
* Removed build of HTML docs. These are available online and building also
drags in a lot of dependencies.
* Refactored into two packages. The first, postgresql-9.1-postgis2, contains
the Postgres extension libraries, extension modules and contrib SQL
scripts. The second package, postgis-bin, contains the command line tools
and liblwgeom---these are installed to `/usr` rather than the Postgres
prefix. It should be safe to use postgresql-9.1-postgis2 alongside
postgresql-9.1-postgis while postgis-bin may conflict. However, the
packages place tools in different prefixes so there won't be any direct
* Some Perl scripts may have gotten lost in the shuffle. These can be added
back later if anyone really wants them.
