talpa: do not patch ecryptfs

eCryptfs is a stacked cryptographic filesystem in the Linux kernel.

As such, talpa-patch is failing on 'mount -t ecryptfs ...' operations.
eCryptfs should be added to talpa's blacklist of filesystems (like
selinuxfs, securityfs, aufs, fusectl) until such time as talpa
patching might succeed.
