Fix brightness provider not updating correctly

The brightnessProvider would update with the previous brightness value instead of the current one, since the brightness in didChangePlatformBrightness isn't current yet

fix: Restrict protobuf to ^3.1.0 (#1213)

grpc was pulling in protobuf 5, which ends up generating incompatible
dart proto files.

Ideally we should just bump our deps, but we can't reliably do that
until we can bump Flutter/dart.

fix: update factory-reset-tools path to match new repo structure (#1200)

This PR resolves the snap installation failure from the latest/edge
channel.
