Set the press timeout press value to the min duration scrolling

This is a workoarund that avoids the spring-effect

Don't perform the standard scroll if we've just scrolled using the press timeout

This avoids an extra scroll on button release event.

Support for scrolling by keeping pressed the thumb arrows.

This is just a first implementation and needs tuning, however now
when we press a thumb button, we wait an initial timeout (currenty set
to 400ms), then if after this timeout we're still pressing the thumb,
we start scrolling down until a release event doesn't happen.
