Adds support to gnome-control-center for thinkpad sound volume. With the changes, the OSD can be set to show the thinkpad hardware volume rather than the OSS, ALSA or gstreamer volume. To get this package to work, the key /apps/gnome_settings_daemon/hwvol must exist with value 'thinkpad'
