Description of the change
android-input: Disable app switch latency optimization (LP: #1439285)
Disable an input optimization that leads to dropped events and inconsistent event streams when using the touch screen and "home" button at the same time. If we make the "home" button actually switch apps on some device we can revisit this decision.
