android: provide an interface in HwcWrapper for the mir code to subscribe to the driver callbacks. The callback reception was previously buried within the HwcCommonDevice class, but now we need it to see hotplug events and drive the display changes.

Also subsume hwc_device_composer_device_1 under HwcWrapper. (it was previously only partially wrapped).

android: move the display control from mga::DisplayDevice implementations to mga::Display.
mga::Display is the object that's best positioned to see and configure all the displays.

There is no guarantee that the surfaces in the scene are all registered by input registrar (it is racy). So remove the implicit assumption that there every surface can be mapped to an input handle. (LP: #1216727). Fixes: https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1216727.
