Fix misspelled classname in posix

Whenever the get_os_utils is called on a unix system, it will try to load the PosixUtils class,
but the name of the class is misspelled as PoxixUtil, therefore not being able to find it.

Sets the WinRM self signed start date in the past

This is needed in case of time sync issues when the certificate is
generated, as PowerShell remoting enforces a valid time validity even
for self signed certicates.

Fixes WinRM listener plugin x509 end time

The end date assigned to the x509 certifciate in use for the WinRM
HTTPS listener is not properly computed, resulting in issues during
leap days. This patch solves the issue by employing the appropriate
Win32 API.

Fixes size numeric comparison in extend_volumes

A comparison between strings instead on numeric types prevented
WSMStorageManager.extend_volumes() to behave as expected.
