Description of the change
I did a thorough spell check and review of the book as well as added some IDs so that I can build the guide within the OpenStack system. Ideally, this project would be the single source for this book but I'll automate builds of this book using the OpenStack Jenkins build server with your permission. By automating builds, any time that you update this book, it'll also be updated on docs.openstack.org.
Let me know if you have any questions, and thanks for all the efforts on this book. I know it's a valuable addition to the OpenStack ecosystem.
