Description of the change
Fixes to snapcraft.yaml based on initial 1.10.6* snap release.
Note, the networkmanager part explicitly disables automatic staging of system dependencies. As such, I chose to drop the 'rdepends' fileset, as all the required libraries are properly staged & primed without it.
