Description of the change
This extension helps users to test their request with Restful Server, if you have any advices just write :)
for compling it please run 'cmake .. -DUSE_GTK3=1 -DUSE_GEE=1'

This merge proposal contains mostly the same changes as lp:~axlrose112/midori/webmedia-now-playing. A restful client and a webmedia extension change look mostly unrelated to me (but correct me if I'm wrong), so these should be separate merge proposals: one for the new extension, the restful client, and another for webmedia extension changes.
