Activated evol_x - it works for both the external HO and MF HO for a stationary state.

We now evolve properly the gaussian in free space. Biggest changes:

* fixed FFT (removed DBLE() from transform_x_to_wigner_dumb )
* removed 'facd' from output.f90 - this is a 1D code, period. Amplitudes represent probability densities.
