This is not technically a requirement. If an entry is already in the database
and hasn't been liked/commented on then we can guarantee that anything after it
will also be in the database. If we find an entry that is in the database but
has been liked/commented on then we cannot assume we can stop crawling because
it could have been "bumped" up by a like/comment and there could be "new"
entries below it.

Removing the latest() call saves a lot of time especially on my tiny server.
This was actually the reason why things got unresponsive for all of my sites.
