Description of the change
To make the life of the SRU Test Lead easier (and the testers), this updates the certification report to include a --diff-package option which allows a diff between test results to be displayed. It splits the report into two sections - systems that are 'worse' and systems that are the same as or better. Worse systems are categorised as ones with any additional failures that did not occur with the last proposed kernel.
