79. By Sean Stoops on 2012-03-17: Moved the host management out to a tab instead of having a dialog. I'll probably just merge this with the servers tab soon, I'm not sure. I'd like to allow multiple 'nodes' per 'host'.. but we'll see how that goes. Also beefed up the user-initiated disconnect logic.
