Fix upgrade issue (LP: #677655) in the ~bzr PPA for hardy only, by
explicitly triggering a python-central removal in the new version's
preinst. (This will not clean up systems which have already been upgraded
to 0.7.5-1~bazaar1~hardy1, in which case please delete
/usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/subvertpy* manually.)
