Fixed focus ring for segmented button in combobox

This commit replicate the previous one for a combobox
made only of buttons.

Replaced border-image with colored border to let the
whole button border be highlighted.

Moreover, adjusted
- border-radius to match with the unfocused button
- margin and padding to cope with the thicker border when focused
  and keep the same overall button size.

Fix LibreOffice close button style

improved previous fix, using a rule more specific that (should)
avoid to break other applications (e.g. gitg).

This commit makes the background and foreground color of the
LibreOffice's close button on the top right corner matching
with the adiacent menubar.

Fix entry widget border when middle element in box linked

Entry widget, when it's the middle element in a box horizontally linked, used border-image that is not fit for squared objects.

This commit removes the border-image setting and, when the widget is focused, replaces the normal dark border with one of @focus_color color.
Moreover it adds top and bottom 1px margin as well as 6px of padding in order to keep widget size.

Some fixes

1. add missing includes and calls due to previous merge
2. avoid raising errors when adding symlink to a device already in write path
3. avoid raising "file not found" error when the last UDEV rule has been removed
4. add new error when creating multiple symlinks to the same device
5. add test for the new error at point 4
