Description of the change
I don't know why but the default dh_python's buildsystem wasn't packaging the actual Python files correctly and I wonder if it's in use by anyone else since that would have been easily spotted. I've been using my own binary package with this change for a while now, in all Bugsy packages.

I don't think the binary package is in use by anyone else, I pip install it myself.
