Audio: Hide options button if playlist is empty

The method _recheck_options_visibility() has been removed from python-terra
since commit 73088e6. This commit fixes the behavior by replacing the old
call to the inexistent method with options_button_hide().

Revert "Media Base: Set player state to paused before seek"

This reverts commit 2f282b39067667c05af3fa77a2bcc572fa270eee.

The patch works for the atabake gstreamer backend, but it breaks for oms
and mplayer. Need to find a proper solution which works for all atabake
backends.
