Simplify our platform-related classes by removing the mg::BasicPlatform interface and moving the function to get the EGLNativeDisplayType into mg::Platform. The interface was only needed in the constructor of the offscreen display to get the EGLNativeDisplayType.

Add compile-time client API versioning helpers

This is useful for client code to handle transitions or API additions; they
can conditionally compile code using new features, or keep old code around
to support less-than-cutting-edge Mir.

It's less specific than feature-flags, but not significantly less useful, and
scales much better.

server: Use the GLibMainLoop implementation by default
