A menuitem can be destroyed whilst the icon loading is queued up to
run from the event loop. If this happens, a crash will occur when trying to get the content node from the
old menu item. Fix this by adding a check in uGlobalMenuIconLoader to just return when dispatched from the event loop

Control the menuactive attribute and send DOMMenuItemActive and DOMMenuItemInactive
for menus. This fixes the incorrect sensitivity of the recently closed windows submenu in History.
Note, we can't generate these events for individual menuitems, as we don't have enough information
from dbusmenu, but we can synthesize these events for menus, based on the existing knowledge we have
about a menupopups visibility
