dateExt: take care of the numbers of days in month when adding months

We have to clamp to the last day of the month, or JS will go to the next/previous
month automatically when going from a 31-days month to a 28/29/30-days one.

RadioMenu: add menu item for creating radio items

In this case the component has a quite different look in pointer mode compared to touch mode, since
the bullet has to be placed in the middle of the leading padding space when using pointer.
Instead in touch-mode it behaves like any other icon or action item.

* Menus: add Pointer and Touch styles to be used depending on the user
  interaction with components
  Menu items now have a new Style property that defines some common properties
  such as shared colors and sizes that change depending on the UX journey. I'm
  only defining Pointer and TouchStyles for now, but they can be easily
  overridden in case.
  Removed some deprecated properties and adapted colors and sizes to new
  style.
* Bump package version as there's a new API for various components
