Description of the change
While writing a charm for the work items tracker, I had a lot of trouble
running from cron, since LP wanted to save my creds in an encrypted-only
keyring. This patch allows one to specify a bare credentials file argument
to login_with. The first time one runs, it will spawn LP where one can
login as a bot or whatever user will have the desired permissions, and
then the credentials file is saved and the cron job can reference it.
