Description of the change
Fix some corner case where intellihide can be puzzled (LP: #767250)
Some corner cases (where nux doesn't receive events because the dash appears
above):
1. put the mouse over the launcher
2. press super
3. click outsided the launcher/dash to close it
-> stuck opened
