Add an `IBoxReceiver`/`IBoxSender` pair which can be used to multiplex
unrelated pairs of `IBoxReceiver` communicating with each other over a
single AMP connection.

Also add the `react` utility which simplifies certain kinds of client
code by dealing with the reactor in a general way.

Fix the definition of `IOffering` to agree with the implementation.
`benefactorFactories` was removed a long time ago, but left on the
interface. The replacement, `installablePowerups`, which is what
the users of this interface actually use, was never added to the
interface.

Add a hotfix for `twisted.protocols.loopback.loopbackAsync` re-entrancy
issues already fixed in Twisted trunk. Use the hotfix in the ampauth
tests to avoid problems which corrupt the AMP instance state and cause
them to fail.
