Description of the change
Various fixes:
- replace git describe by make version to get kernel version (LP: #1092037)
- get rid of GIT_COMMIT (provided by jenkins git plugins) in favor of git log
- avoid to duplicate info in GIT_LOG (the commit id is already provided through KERNEL_GIT)
