Description of the change

Replaced gstreamer0.1 ugly with gstreamer1.0 ugly.

Replaced install-css.sh with the new libdvd-pkg information.

Changed ordering slightly so that playback comes before encrypted - not everyone would want encrypted.

(not sure why after bzr pull to grab new stuff that user-docs/po/LINGUAS showed up as needing a commit ... not something I'd touch)
