Reduce code duplication

* Hide bank widgets on base class, as 'check' is the only one that needs to
show them. Also, put some other logic (like defining data_editor_class) on base.
* Make BasePaymentDataEditor private as it's not used outside this module.
* Remove a duplicated MoneyPaymentMethodSlave.
