Description of the change
adds the slideshow code from libgnome-desktop gnomebg, gnomebg keeps this as internal api, of course. but its the only useful part of gnomebg. its not been changed in a few years so hopefully we should be in sync for a long time. if nautilus changes we can import the diff (i hope).
