Add travis configuration file

Travis (travis-ci.org) is a "A hosted continuous integration service
for the open source community." This configuration file instructs travis
to run our unit tests with python3.2 for each commit

When a job requires a resource that cannot be located don't continue
the iteration.

This module aids the setuptools testrunner to discover all
tests without us having to manually maintain a list test cases

Update the plainbox.public module to use the box module

Some docstrings are also updated (to refer to either plainbox or checkbox
clearly). It also got affected by renaming of tests to jobs and similar
changes.
