Support Ayatana AppIndicators

Ubuntu AppIndicator ([libappindicator]) was [removed in Debian Bullseye]
and has been superseded by Ayatana AppIndicator
([libayatana-appindicator]) for both [Debian] and [Ubuntu].

Add support for building with libayatana-appindicator instead of
libappindicator.
