Description of the change
I am uploading this to Debian's delayed/15 queue to fix 2 RC bugs. Please let me know if I should speed up or delay the upload.
Note that gdebi still won't work in the default Debian GNOME or Ubuntu sessions (in other words, GNOME on Wayland) because it still tries to run the GUI as root after requesting elevated permissions.
By the way, lubuntu-qt-desktop is the only thing that depends on gdebi-kde so Lubuntu Next will either need to update gdebi-kde or switch to the more supported 'gdebi' (GTK version)

* Add a gdebi-gtk-pkexec executable to launch without gksu (LP: #189617).
* debian/control:
- Make gdebi depends on policykit-1 | gksu.[ Simon Quigley ]
* Finish the policykit port:
- gdebi-gtk-pkexec isn't needed, root access is only needed for the
package installation and removal.
- Install the policykit file (create debian/gdebi-gtk. install) .
- Modify the gksu commands in GDebi/GDebiGtk.py to call pksu instead.
- Drop the dependency on gksu and only depend on policykit-1.
