Description of the change

Add HPSS calls to allow remote access to the bzr-search index, and matching client side calls.

 * Branch.open_index
 * Branch.init_index
 * Index.index_revisions
 * Index.indexed_revisions
 * Index.suggest
 * Index.search

(now updated to not have lp:~jelmer/bzr-search/lazy merged)
