Fork distribute so that it preserves permissions from zipfiles.

Description of the change

This changes the unpack_zipfile part of distribute to preserve permissions. See https://bitbucket.org/tarek/distribute/pull-request/14/set-permissions-when-extracting-from

Once using this, 'make bootstrap; make check' works.
