Description of the change
Please note: you will need lp:~jonobacon/ubuntu-accomplishments-daemon/daemon-session-start first to run this branch.
I tried to use a GtkInfo widget on this branch but I had some weird Gtk errors (reproduced in a clean project) so I used our current method of displaying notices to users (e.g. how we ask for sharing with the U1 server).
