Changed the way that .osp project files are opened from the
main form, to prevent the freezing of the PlayHead, and other
strange issues that exist with opening project files.

I'm not sure why this seems to fix the problem, but it is less
code, and better reuse of code... and it works. =)

Fixed a bug where "Reset Layout" did not work.

Fixed a bug with labels being chopped off on the export
screen and on the clip properties screen (effect settings
labels) when some language translations were used.

Now these labels have ellipsize and tooltips, so any length
label should be readable... in some fashion.

Fixed the zoom in / out toolbar to use a more standard
glade gtktoolbar syntax. It no longer disappears when
certain themes are used.
