Split off SLS into another branch (lp:jobservice-sls).
Translations will need to be brought back here, but they weren't working before so no huge deal yet.

Turn on validators and make a few optimizations.
Validators aren't used in jobs-admin, yet. There aren't any ways to "violate" a value in the GUI,
but it may become more useful on the server UI.
