Some content at the end seems to be missing, but overall great stuff :)

Maybe we can eventually add some tips about how to navigate grafana, but I think it is an improvement (and maybe a how-to) for another MP

I'd suggest looking at https://dev.launchpad.net/Performance and its child pages. Not everything there is going to be current, I'm sure, but we should definitely incorporate the wisdom of the ancients and refine from there - it has a number of useful gems.

I have updated my MP, and added a basic section about DB.

I would leave the MP until tomorrow morning, proof read it again and then merge it.
