Rework Mirco's branch lp:~macslow/libunity/libunity.fix-841902. This adds a new Filter type FilterCheckOptionsCompact that indicates to Unity that it should use a compact layout to render the tiles. Right not that specifically means 'use 3 columns'. Compared to Mirco's work I changed the value of the enum to match the class names and string names used in FilterOptionsCompact. That is, not using notation reverse polish.

Use new SetViewType DBus method to inform lenses and scopes which view is currently active in the dash, which allows us to minimize the number of model updates.
