Merge in some small changes I had locally while njpatel commited the last double-unref fixes for the DeeSharedModel signals. The important bit in this commit is a double-unref fix in DeePeer's DBus signal handling.

Dont unref the parameters sent to the gdbus signal handlers as they are no longer reffed before sending. This stops hangs/crashes when a model is updating

Allow NULL as column values for strings. It will be converted to empty strings automatically. Disallowing NULL strings where just too tedious to work with for the consumers.

Fix some introspection annotations.

Fix nasty memory corruption bug (the infamous "72-iterations bug"). This was caused by using g_slice_free1() and something that was allocated with g_new0().
