_xarfile_get_info now uses xar_prop_get very defensively in order to
avoid bus errors in Mac OS X

Added a test suite for pyxar, and made error-related modifications to xarfile. The error handling in xarfile still needs a lot of work.

Also implemented extraction to a given path.

Implemented python container-like methods and removed redundant code. All member get-type methods now go through getmembers() and use the resulting XarInfo objects for whatever they need.
