Description of the change
MyODBC 5.1.6 is not compatible with the current version of mysqlclient shipped with Precise. The incompatibility causes also ftbfs.
This new releases seems build fine, there is only a problem with tests suite, but since we do not run them (because they need a mysql server running on the build machine) I skip them in build.

Hi,
debian has the very same version in Experimental, and the maintainer is one of the archive admin of Ubuntu (Steve Langasek), so I think you should contact him and see if this version can be synced from Debian.
Also, as this is new version, you would need a FFe. You can use bug #935002 for that.
Rejecting the merge request for the moment.
Thanks for your work anyway,
Fabrice
