Description of the change

We have a new android_install_cts_medias action which is used for copying the media files(about 1GB) of CTS test to deployed android image in master session.
And this action will be specified in the LAVA_TEST on android-build, but need to deal a little differently from the old tests specified there.
And this branch is for that dealing.
